Karan Mutneja is the Managing Partner at Perspective Global, bringing over a decade experience in business advisory, indirect taxation, and financial planning. Known for his solution oriented approach and focus on integrity, Karan supports businesses with company setup and structuring in the UAE and other jurisdictions, offering tailored guidance on both operational and tax-related matters.
He plays an active role in the business networking community as a proud BNI member and Director Consultant, contributing to business growth through meaningful connections and strategic insights. In 2023, Karan was recognized as the Best Young Entrepreneur during a business summit held in UAE. He has also contributed to notable initiatives, including managing the India-UAE Business Summit and Awards, which brought together over 150 professionals and dignitaries from both countries.
His work emphasizes a single-window approach to simplify banking and business setup processes for both startups and established enterprises. Outside of work, Karan finds balance through Sahaja Yoga meditation, a practice he has followed for nearly 30 years.
Pooja Agarwal is the Director at Perspective Global, where she currently oversees operational functions with precision and leadership. A Chartered Accountant and graduate of Delhi University, she brings expertise in accounts management, taxation, UAE Anti-Money laundering Laws and Economic substance regulations. She has worked with a multinational as a Fund Administrator and done financial consulting for US EB-5 visas. Pooja has been invited as guest speaker at the ICAI and various private institutions.

Gunjan is a highly experienced lawyer with over 6 years of expertise in the legal field. She advises startups and companies on commercial contracts, negotiations, and legal compliance. Her practice spans General Corporate Commercial, Finance, Compliance, Dispute Resolution, and M&A. Gunjan and her team offer strategic, tailor-made legal solutions across transactional and regulatory matters. They specialize in drafting, due diligence, and complete regulatory support including RoC, FEMA, and RBI compliances. She also collaborates with Perspective Tax Consultants (Dubai) and Jaikumar Tejwani & Co LLP (India) to deliver integrated legal and tax services.
CA Kamal Tejwani is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Commerce graduate from Delhi University, with over 23 years of specialized experience in payroll advisory, HR audits, and business outsourcing. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound knowledge of Employee Payroll functions, HR Audit, Corporate Regulatory background has enabled him to specialize in Business outsourcing operations. In his over 21+ years of professional experience, Kamal has been consulting and providing advisory & support to fortune 500 companies.

He is a pioneer in designing pay structures in compliance with the necessary taxation laws. His areas of expertise are Management and advisory on Payroll processing, Support and Advisory on India Regulatory Compliances, Advisory on Corporate Law, Designing and Advisory on Internal Control system, Standard Operating Procedures and mapping business processes, Assisting in documentation of business mapping for business process transition to Shared Service Centre, Advisory on compliances as per the provisions of the Companies Act 2013.
Kapil Goel, FCA, FAFD, LLB - A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered of India has over 24 years of professional work experience in Finance and Tax divisions with Multinational Hotels like Hyatt Hotels, Radisson Hotel Worldwide on key management positions. During his stint, he has handled internal audits of multinationals companies, setting accounting policies and manual, monitoring accounting, framing corporate/industry accounting policies and procedures, drafting MIS reports, conducting thorough review/audit of Hotel/non-Hotel entities, managing corporate investments for chain hotels across the Indian sub-continent. He had also undertaken Asset Management work for money-lending institutions as well. He is presently heading Internal Audit & Assurance division in the firm.
